Bugfix - Traceability charts are not displaying data with AssertThat Test Plan disabled.
Notable changes:
The order of scenarios within the feature is preserved during feature import.
The order of scenarios withing the feature on issue view corresponds to the order of scenarios on feature page
Feature background and description are now collapsed together with scenarios on feature page
Autocomplete/format scenario hints are now displayed only when the scenario is being edited.
