To unlink scenarios on issue view click on the unlink button.
It is only possible to Delete newly created scenarios from Issue View. For existing Scenarios the Delete option is disabled to avoid accidental deletion of scenarios.
Scenarios can be deleted from within the Features screens - Delete Features and Scenarios
