Dashboard Gadgets (Cross Project)
Jira dashboards offer cross-project reporting, providing a comprehensive view of project progress and team performance. This helps to identify issues early and improve collaboration, resulting in better project outcomes.
To set up a Jira dashboard in Jira, follow the below steps:
Under the “Dashboards” menu, click on “Manage Dashboards" in the top navigation menu.
Click on the "Create new dashboard" button to start creating a new dashboard.
Choose the type of dashboard you want to create (e.g., blank dashboard or predefined template).
Add Viewers and Editors and select Add
Add gadgets to the dashboard by clicking on the "Add gadget" button and selecting from the list of available gadgets.
Configure the gadgets by providing the necessary settings, such as project filters or search criteria.
Save the dashboard by clicking on the "Save" button.
Once the dashboard is saved, it will be available for use and can be shared with other team members or stakeholders.
