Feature overview

Cloud

  • BDD rule implementation on Cloud - Release some of the Gherkin Rule implementation changes including feature import, Issue View and Feature view changes. Exciting changes (phase 2) are planned for 2025 to support teams using Example Mapping.

  • Raise defects from automated report - New functionality to enable defects to be raised from failed automated scenarios and populate key scenario details including stacktrace and attachment details.

  • Notifications - Improvements to notifications on Automated Report when failed tests are assigned to individuals.

Server / Data Center

  • Jira 10.0 support - we will be aligning with Atlassian Data Center Platform 7, bringing enhanced security, better performance, improved dependency management, and compatibility with Java 17.

  • Issue view enhancements to linking scenarios - enhance the issue view by allowing users to pin and unpin feature names when linking scenarios to stories or tasks, eliminating the need to reselect the feature name for each new test.

  • Issue view enhancements to manual execution - We are planning changes to the manual test execution screens, simplifying the process and adding the ability to include screenshots. These will be implemented in 2025.

Security, Reliability and Compliance

  • ISO27001 compliance - In addition to the Atlassian support programs we will be progressing our ISO27001 compliance. This process will continue into 2025

  • Cloud Fortified - apps are designed to serve the largest customers and those with more business-critical operating requirements.

  • Marketplace Bug Bounty - We have been participating in the Marketplace Security Bug Bounty program since Q4 2020, and we continue to develop and improve our Security capability.

  • Cloud Migration Assistance - We provide support and assistance as some customers choose to move to Cloud Platform. Please note we continue to fully support and develop our Data Center and Server versions of the plugin.
